Mitchell Elias Gonzalez serves as the Chief Operating Officer of EMC Strategy Group, a government consulting and grant development firm supporting cities, counties, and economic development organizations across Texas and beyond. In this role, he oversees firm operations, leads the grants division, and supports strategic growth initiatives, including business development and client engagement.

Mitchell has helped secure millions of dollars in state and federal funding for rural and underserved communities, with a focus on public safety, infrastructure, and economic development projects. He works closely with local governments, congressional offices, and state and federal agencies to advance client priorities and deliver funding solutions that create long-term impact.

He is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science at Texas State University and plans to attend law school following graduation. Mitchell remains actively engaged in public policy and community development, with a long-term focus on expanding access to funding and resources for growing communities.
