As a kidney and liver transplant recipient and patient advocate, he brings a lived-experience perspective to policy and stakeholder engagement. David has successfully led initiatives that bridge the gap between communities, elected officials, and policy decision-makers.

A former Patient Relationship Specialist for a major transplant institute in Texas, David has worked extensively with government agencies, non-profit coalitions, and healthcare systems to advance awareness, funding, and legislation in support of underserved populations.

Currently based in North Texas and Washington, DC, David actively monitors legislative sessions, engages with regional policymakers, and advises on community-centered policy strategies — bringing deep understanding of public health policy, local government operations, and constituent advocacy.
