Eduardo Almanza is a member of the Texas Leadership Access Network (TXLAN) and serves as an intern for EMC Strategy Group. In this role, he contributes to the firm with grant research, legislative tracking, and client-focused research, helping advance economic development efforts for communities across Texas.
Eduardo has previously interned in Capitol Hill in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he gained valuable experience in the policymaking and legislative processes of the federal government. With his strong understanding of government affairs and public policy, Eduardo hopes to contribute to the firm's daily operations and strategic initiatives.
He is currently pursuing a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science at Texas State University and plans to attend law school upon graduation. Eduardo remains actively engaged in community projects and has a long-term focus on expanding opportunities to underserved communities through advocacy, policy, and law.
