Giovanna Cuellar, of Austin, Texas, serves as the Executive & Special Projects Assistant for EMC Strategy Group, LLC.  Giovanna supports the EMC Team with communications, client relations, community outreach, project management coordination, research, grant development, business development, and internship coordination.  She coordinates outreach with city, county, state, and federal government agencies, including outreach with the Texas Legislature, Office of the Governor, and the United States Congress.  Giovanna assists the EMC Leadership Team with coordinating Washington Legislative Trips and preparation for the Texas Legislative Interim and regular sessions.
