Austin Tinoco is a native of San Antonio. He graduated from Madison High School where he was a student-athlete. Austin is a Grant Writer and Special Projects Assistant for EMC Strategy Group, LLC.

Austin is a certified grant writer and is charged with supporting cities and counties by providing technical assistance through the application process for state, federal, and foundation funding opportunities.

Austin serves as a liaison to state and federal agencies and conducts research, application preparation, and funding application submission.

Austin supports economic development, infrastructure, public safety, quality of life, and special projects for local governments.

Austin previously served as an intern with the Office of Congressman Henry Cuellar and attends Northeast Lakeview College.

He plans to transfer to USTA to pursue a Political Science degree.
